The Classic Oyster Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 70ml white wine vinegar 

  • 85ml red wine vinegar 

  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation

  1. Mix together the red and white vinegar in a bowl and add the chopped onion. 

  2. Spoon a tablespoon of the vinaigrette over each oyster. 

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
