Lamb Chump Chops with Spare Rib Marinade

Ingredients

  • 10-12 lamb chump chops 


    Marinade 

  • 240g jar spare rib sauce 

  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed 

  • 1 tablespoon chilli sambal 

  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil 

  • ½ tablespoon olive oil 

Preparation

  1. Grab a large glass or metal bowl, add all the marinade ingredients, and stir. 

  2. Pop in the lamb chops and, using your hands (I recommend using disposable gloves), give it a good mix, making sure to massage all the marinade into the lamb. Cover and allow it to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge. 

  3. Cook the lamb chops over medium-high heat on the BBQ for 3-5 minutes on each side or cook for longer if you prefer them well done. 

  4. Remove from the BBQ and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
