Rice Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice 

 

Filling 

  • Leftover honey soy chicken wings, shredded 

  • Cucumber, sliced 

Preparation

  1. Wet your hands and place a heaped tablespoon of cooked rice into them and shape them into a half circle. 

  2. Pop some chicken and a slice of cucumber into the middle, then add another heaped tablespoon of rice on top. Wet your spare hand and start to shape the rice into a ball (You can be quite firm when shaping it). 

  3. Place it on a plate and repeat the process. 

  4. There are endless options when it comes to the filling, so think of your favourite sushi mix. E.g., tuna and avocado.
