Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pulled Pork, heated 

  • 8 brioche slider buns, slightly heated and split 

  • 1 coleslaw packet mix 

  • Jalapenos (optional) 

  • Aioli 

Preparation

  1. Place the coleslaw mix into a mixing bowl and add the dressing. If it doesn’t come with one then add some coleslaw dressing, mayonnaise or aioli (whichever you have in the fridge) and give it a good mix. 

  2. Line the buns up on a board and spread a little aioli on the bottom halves. Now add the pulled pork and top with some coleslaw. Place the tops on and secure them with a jalapeno and toothpick. It’s that easy!
