Ingredients
1 small can of tuna in spring water, drained
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup green beans, blanched and cooled
3 cos lettuce leaves
4-5 pitted olives
1 hardboiled egg, halved
DRESSING
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Prepare the dressing by mixing together the red wine vinegar, mustard and oil in a salad bowl.
Throw in the tuna (or Chicken), tomatoes, beans, lettuce, and olives and give it a good toss with your hands. Top with the boiled egg and serve.
