Ingredients

Soak overnight

  • 30 g (1 level scoop) pea protein isolate 

  • 250 ml water 

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats 

  • 4 prunes (optional) 

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)


Add in the morning

  • 2 bananas, peeled and chopped 

  • 1 apple, core removed and chopped 

Preparation

  1. Place all the overnight ingredients into the blender, put the lid on and place it in the fridge to soak overnight. 

  2. When you are ready to make it, pop in the bananas and apple, place the lid back on and give it a little shake to mix the ingredients loosely.  Blend on high until well combined.
