Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of mixed baby spinach and kale (comes in a bag at the supermarket) 

  • 1 celery stick, chopped 

  • Quarter lemon, skinned and de-seeded 

  • 1 small handful of frozen mangoes 

  • Quarter of a banana 

  • 1 large handful of ice 

  • 1 cup coconut water (I highly recommend the Raw C brand) 

  • Optional extras: Small bunch of fresh parsley, 4-5 fresh mint leaves 

Preparation

  1. Put everything into a Nutribullet or blender. 

  2. Blend for a little while so it’s nice and smooth.  Add a little more water or ice if you prefer it thinner. 

  3. Gulp it down straight away and let the healthy vibes come at you!
