Ingredients

  • 2 litres vanilla ice cream (minus 1 cup) 

  • 4 Fruit Mince Pies 

  • 1 cup thickened custard (store-bought or homemade) 

Preparation

  1. Soften ice cream for 5 mins. 

  2. Place in a large mixing bowl (minus 1 cup of ice cream). 

  3. Roughly chop your fruit mince pies. 

  4. Fold in chopped fruit mince pies and the custard. 

  5. Place back in the ice cream container, and set for a few hours in the freezer. 

 

Enjoy on its own or with some extra chopped fruit mince pies on the top!
