Ingredients
2 litres vanilla ice cream (minus 1 cup)
4 Fruit Mince Pies
1 cup thickened custard (store-bought or homemade)
Preparation
Soften ice cream for 5 mins.
Place in a large mixing bowl (minus 1 cup of ice cream).
Roughly chop your fruit mince pies.
Fold in chopped fruit mince pies and the custard.
Place back in the ice cream container, and set for a few hours in the freezer.
Enjoy on its own or with some extra chopped fruit mince pies on the top!
