Ingredients
300g pk Jumbo White Marshmallows - roughly chopped
¼ cup macadamias - roughly
chopped & lightly toasted (toasting optional)
¼ cup pistachios - roughly chopped
¼ cup glacé cherries – either chopped or whole
¼ cup dried mango - chopped
1/3 cup dried pawpaw - chopped
540g white chocolate - melted
Preparation
Line a 20cm x 20cm square tin with baking paper
Combine all ingredients and press into the prepared tin
Flatten with the back of a spoon to create a smooth surface
Chill in the fridge for about 1-2 hours before serving
Cut into small portions and store in a container in the fridge until it’s time to eat
