Boiled Eggs with Dukkah

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs, room temperature

  • 1 Tablespoon Dukkah

Preparation

  1. Fill a small saucepan with water and bring it up to a boil over a high heat. Using a slotted spoon, carefully lower the eggs (one by one) into the boiling water. 

  2. For soft yolk eggs cook for 6 minutes, medium eggs cook for 8mins, and hard boil eggs cook for 10-12mins. 

  3. Once your eggs are cooked to your liking run them under cold water for a minute to stop the cooking process. Peel and slice in half, and sprinkle with the dukkah.
